Following the successful launch of the original channel aerosol cap with integrated service tool (2006 Channel Cap w/Hold Actuator) the client requested that an updated version that includes a locking system to allow the hands free dispensing of the engine cleaner. Working with the same plastic mould manufacture and injection moulding company, a design was completed for the future release of an upgraded version for the automotive professional service market.
