Customer requested that a packaging family look for their brand be created for a line of aerosol and bottled products
Project Outcome:
The approach taken to create a unique family look was to covert the common conetop bottle (which came in 350ml and 500ml sizes) by adding an over-cap to the bottle. The standard 65D cap fit perfectly onto the bottle however a method of securing the cap to the childproof cap was needed. This was accomplished by creating a new aerosol cap mould that incorporated within it the capability to slide the modified aerosol cap over the 33mm standard childproof cap used to seal the conetop bottle.
