The cost of travel to Asia is optimized if the person working on the procurement projects can also work on developing sales and distribution opportunities. The functions are very different however the process for researching, visiting, evaluating and qualifying potential export organizations requires very similar attribute evaluation. Providing this expanded service to my clients was very productive and yielded new customers in new markets.
