TartanFrog Inc. – The Executive on Demand Program

Project Outline:

TartanFrog Inc. has been providing a consulting service for the better part of ten years. The consulting identity is not a category that defines the kind of work that is done by the TartanFrog personnel. A core service identity best representing the methodology used to help small to medium sized enterprises needed to be created.

Project Outcome:

An extensive review of the companies serviced, the type and level of personnel for which the work was done and the processes used to deliver the many successful strategies was undertaken to help identify the key factors that made the TartanFrog service unique. Once the review was completed it was identified that our approach was different and as a result it needed to be identified differently. The “Executive on Demand” identification was generated from the findings as the information from the study clearly focused on the type of client we were helping. In most situations, TartanFrog was placed in a management role as a shadow, acting VP, Director or Manager.

Hence as of December 2011, the service now known as “Executive on Demand” was born….
