Project Outline:
Establish a new company that is focused on providing access to North American liquid product fillers to Asian based packaging manufacturers. The company mandate is to provide localized support for the procurement of plastic and metal packaging products, including moulds and ancillary components such as caps, labels, liners, etc… The service is to include support for packaging integration from Asian manufacturers into North American production facilities as well as the flow and physical logistic from one continent to another.
Project Outcome:
Upon completion of an analysis of the North American liquid filling industry it was found that to deliver the established mandate and to provide the broadest level of support to the liquid filling manufacturing industry that this would be best accomplished by partnering with other professionals. Skill sets were evaluated and discussions held with the individuals to determine the best suited team to move forward in the development of a new company to deliver on the project mandate.
Sylvatica Corporate Solutions Inc. was created and registered in Canada as the vehicle providing the liquid fill industry with supported access to the Asian packaging industry for their material needs. The two partners (myself) and a successful independent packaging manufacturing industry engineer provide the core of skills required to deliver the core company mandate and when required has brought on temporary complimentary skilled help to deliver on specific client requirements.
